Description
Stone is a porous and hydrophilic material that easily absorbs water and causes various pathological changes, which affects the natural beauty and decorative effect of the material, and has always restricted the application of natural stone.
Organosilane/siloxane molecules have both hydrophobic groups and reactive functional groups. Natural stone is mainly composed of quartz, feldspar, calcite and other minerals. It is very suitable for surface modification treatment with organosilane/siloxane. The reactive functional groups react and combine with the inorganic substrate, while the hydrophobic groups face the outside world, preventing water molecules from approaching, making the material surface water-repellent like a lotus leaf. ST-33 is a new modified fluorosilicone composite material with strong permeability. It can deeply hydrophobically modify the interior of porous silicate materials. It can also be condensed and solidified to further seal the capillary pores and has excellent protective properties; this product It is suitable for preparing a variety of oil-based stone protective agents, giving the building surface functions such as self-cleaning, anti-fouling, moisture-proof, and oil-proof, and meets the requirements of JC/T 973 building materials industry standards.

Operation
1. Please wear special protective gloves, goggles and masks when using this product. The site must be well ventilated and smoking is prohibited.
2. This product should be packaged in well-sealed HDPE containers and stored in a dark and dry place out of reach of children.
3. Mix this product with appropriate diluents and additives according to the predetermined ratio and seal it for later use. Local formulation development is necessary to obtain better performance, depending on the end application.
4. The prepared finished product is applied to the base material by brushing, spraying, rolling or other coating methods. After ensuring that the base material is fully absorbed, the remaining liquid on the surface is wiped off. The finished product has good recoatability and can be repainted multiple times to improve the protective performance.
5. After construction, cure at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours (best after 48 hours). The base material is prohibited from contacting water before the protective effect is produced.
6. Before large-scale construction, please be sure to conduct a small-area test. For substrates that have been surface modified or contaminated, the use effect may be affected.
7. In order to ensure storage stability, all tools and raw materials should be kept dry and clean during preparation to reduce contact with moisture.
